As per government and HSE advice, The Gaiety Theatre has postponed affected shows in the interests of the health and welfare of all.
We are continuing to work hard to reschedule dates.
Original tickets purchased remain valid for postponed & rescheduled shows, and no ticket exchange will be necessary for rescheduled dates which will be notified to patrons on confirmation.
We wish to thank all our customers, artists and staff for their continued co-operation and understanding during this unprecedented time.
The following performances are cancelled or rescheduled or postponed:
All purchases made by Phone or Internet for cancelled performances will be refunded automatically by Ticketmaster. Please allow 28 working days for the money to reappear in your account.
If it has not appeared within this time, please contact Ticketmaster by submitting a request via https://help.ticketmaster.ie/.
If you purchased via Box Office or an Outlet refunds we would ask that you request a refund via this link: www.ticketmaster.ie/outletrefund
Customers for rescheduled or postponed performances will be contacted directly.
We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus situation very closely and following advice from the HSE and government. Currently, all performances not listed above are going ahead as scheduled. However, the situation is constantly evolving and we will keep all customers informed of any updates for future performances beyond that date.
