If purchasing online through Ticketmaster, you can use the seating map on each show page for guidance. Depending on the production, an interactive seating map may be available, otherwise, the website will automatically choose the best available seats in your desired area. Our parterre level is the closest to the stage and our Upper Circle Level is the top floor and therefore furthest from the stage.
Please note we do not have a lift so we recommend booking the parterre level if you or anyone in your party finds stairs challenging.
If you are attending with young children please note we do not permit the use of booster seats and carseats/prams are not permitted inside the auditorium.
When purchasing tickets in-person from our Box Office, we will happily assist you with finding the best seats. Alternatively you can use our virtual tour or consult the floor plans below.

Due to the nature of live entertainment, all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change.

How can I pay for Resale tickets?
You can currently pay for Resale tickets using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex.
Unfortunately, Ticketmaster can’t accept PayPal, Klarna or Ticketmaster Gift Cards at the moment but keep an eye out on Ticketmaster.ie for the latest updates.
Why can I only buy a certain number of Resale tickets?
Resale listings are shown on the seat maps as pink dots. The full number of seats listed is always shown, even if some of those seats have been sold, so you may not be able to buy them all.
You will be able to select the maximum number of seats available on the seat selection page. If this number is less than the number of seats on the map, then some of the listing has already been sold and you won’t be able to go back and purchase more seats from that range.
If you require more seats, you will need to select from a different range of available seats.
Why am I paying more than face value for Resale tickets?
The prices of tickets listed for Resale tickets are set by their sellers. It’s up to the seller to list their ticket(s) for the original price they paid, inclusive of fees – or at a lower price.
The face value is always shown during the checkout process, so there aren’t any hidden costs.
What is the handling fee?
So that Ticketmaster can be as transparent as possible with the pricing, you will be shown all the fees when you buy tickets. The handling fee allows Ticketmaster to:
What does my order status mean?
This describes where your tickets are in the order process. See below for a quick summary of each status:
My Resale ticket has someone else’s name on. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal.
When you buy a Resale ticket, every effort is done to reissue them in your name. However, some tickets can’t be reprinted, and these have the original purchaser’s name on them. Don’t worry though – you’ll still be able to get into the event. The venue is informed that the tickets have been sold to you so there will be nothing to worry about!
The Gaiety Theatre aims to acknowledge people’s differences and recognise the patrons’ individual needs. We support equal access and oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination. If you wish to book specific seating for an access need, please contact our Access Department.
We are happy to assist with:
