The Gaiety Theatre aims to recognise and acknowledge people’s differences and support them with their individual needs. We support equal access and oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination.
The Gaiety Theatre aims to be very welcoming and accessible to all and we are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. However, the theatre is 150 years old and access may be restricted in certain areas by the building’s physical layout.
Please note that there is no lift facility available at the Gaiety Theatre and patrons who are unable to climb stairs are advised to book seats in the Parterre which is our ground floor level.
Please let our Box Office team know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to facilitate you.
Availability of the wheelchair seats differs with every performance. The maximum capacity for those who require a wheelchair seat is four. These are all located in the Parterre level. A complimentary carer seat is provided with each of these seats.
